PYRO Cheer All Star Cheerleading

Teams for All Ages & Skill Levels

Competitive Cheer is a year round sport designed to have something for people of all ages and abilities.  Athletes are placed on teams with athletes of similar age and ability, and compete against other teams from around the country. Competitive cheer does not involve any actual “Cheering” these days.  Routines are performed to a set time of music and involve stunting, tumbling, jumps and dance.  Our action packed exciting routines get the blood pumping as much for the crowd as they do for the athletes on the mat.

All Star Cheerleading offers a year-round commitment with an opportunity to learn stunting, jumps, dance and tumbling, and perform all skills in an action-packed 2 1/2 minute routine. Our sport is unique in that everyone plays a vital role on the team and no one sits on the bench!

Our performance team is an opportunity to experience what an all-star performance is really about, without the commitment to multiple competitions.

Our performance teams are available for athletes aged 3-16. Their routine will consist of jumps, stunts, tumbling, and dance.

Our performance team will practice one time per week for an hour and 15 minutes. This program will be a 10 week commitment with a performance at our Winter and Spring Showcase.

Cheer Experience is a 6 week program where athletes ages 5-13 learn a routine consisting of jumps, stunts, tumbling, and dance. This will be very similar to an all-star cheerleading routine that they might learn for a competition if they were to do all-star cheer. The program costs include a t-shirt and bow that the students will wear to their performance for friends and family.

This program is an introduction to all star – yet offers a challenge by adding tumbling into routines! For prep cheer, we’ll compete at 5 local events. We’ll teach a 2 minute routine with stunts, jumps, pyramid, dance, and tumbling. Prep cheer season runs May to April, practicing twice per week!

Half year novice is the perfect introductory team for those who have never competed before. Our novice teams practice once per week and attend 2 local competitions. Our half year novice teams make a commitment from January – April or September – December.

Our 6-week preschool cheer program introduces young children to the basics of cheerleading in a fun, supportive environment. Kids will learn simple motions, learn jump and tumbling basics, engage in teamwork activities, and try out beginner stunts. This program helps build coordination, confidence, and social skills while keeping the little ones excited and active!
